We make our products fresh on order so please allow 3-7 business days for processing time. Orders ship 7-10 business days on average but some orders may take additional time due to the cure time needed. We will always send you an email if your order is delayed for any reason as well as once it ships with tracking information.
Due to the personal nature of our products we can only accept returns on unused and unopened merchandise. We do our best to make it right but if for any reason we made a mistake or you are not satisfied please send us an email within 14 days of receiving order and we will either replace it or refund you your money, less shipping & handling fees. Buyer pays any return shipping fees on products that are returned.
